MARY CALDWELL
BYESVILLE
Mary Caldwell, 93, of Byesville, died Thursday (Nov.
9, 2000) at the Cardinal House, Cambridge.
She
was born June 18, 1907, in Bellefontaine, daughter of the late
Steven H. and Clara Agnes Riley Black.
Mrs.
Caldwell was a homemaker and a member of Stop 9 Church
of Christ, Byesville.
Her
husband, Walter E. Caldwell, preceded her in death on Feb.
22, 1999. Also deceased are a son, Walter Caldwell Jr., and a
sister, Gladys Black.
Mrs.
Caldwell leaves two daughters, Mrs. Howard (Ruth Agnes)
Lynch of Byesville and Mrs. Lily Novella Randolph of Central City,
Fla.; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends
may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Black Family Funeral
Service, Byesville, where services will be 1 p.m. Monday.
Evangelist Abe Miller will officiate.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Mary F. Bond Carter, 89, of Grapevine Road,
Freeport, died Thursday (Nov. 9, 2000) at Southeastern Ohio
Regional Medical Center, Cambridge.
She
was born Feb. 5, 1911, in Londonderry Township, Guernsey
County, daughter of the late Myrl and Anna Shepherd Shipley.
Mrs.
Carter was a member of the Antrim United Methodist Church
and its United Methodist Women group.
She
was preceded in death by her first husband, Verland Bond, in
1970, and two sisters and two brothers.
Mrs.
Carter leaves her husband, Era Carter. They were married
April 3, 1974. Also surviving are a son, Robert W. (Donna) Bond of
Londonderry; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Ruth) Nichols of Antrim;
nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Friends
may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Bond
Funeral Home, Londonderry, where services will be 2 p.m. Sunday.
Steve Bond and Pastor Johnnie Swann will officiate.
Burial will be in Sunset View Cemetery.
In
lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Antrim
United Methodist Church.

Donald E. Casteel, 72, a resident of
Creekside Crossing, Newcomerstown, formerly of Sleepy Elm
Road, Washington Township, Tuscarawas County, died Thursday
evening at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center,
Cambridge.

Cathryn Patsy Miller, 91, of Cambridge Health and
Rehabilitation Center, died Thursday (Nov. 9, 2000).
